BIOGRAPHICAL:After years of experience as an accomplished litigator, Michael Bernstein founded Mediation Partners with one simple concept - to introduce a different kind of mediation experience while offering his clients the widest variety of alternative dispute resolution solutions available.
With over 25 years of experience in private practice, Mr. Bernstein has been primarily involved with the negotiation and trial of personal injury and wrongful death actions. Throughout his legal career, he has also successfully litigated cases involving: medical malpractice, products liability, premises liability, clergy misconduct, police misconduct, defamation, employment/discrimination matters, insurance, family law, criminal law and more.
