Mr.Clark has served as an arbitrator and mediator for public and private parties since 1989. In 1995, the Idaho Mediation Association certified his qualifications as a Professional Mediator. He is on the rosters of approved mediators of the United States District Court, District of Idaho and all Idaho state courts. Mr. Clark has mediated more than 700 disputes involving a broad range of claims and issues. He regularly serves as a mediator for federal, state and local agencies. He has presided as the sole arbitrator and as the panel chair or a panel member in more that 80 arbitration proceedings. His practice includes all forms of alternative dispute resolution, including arbitration, mediation, negotiation, neutral evaluation, fact finding, hearing officer, and training.

$2,500 Per Day $250 Per Hour Charges study, travel, research & award writing time & out-of-pocket expenses. Requires compensation at hourly rate of $250.00 per hour for cases with claims over $100,000. Requires compensation at hourly rate of $200.00 per hour for cases with claims under $100,000. Cancellation: 50% of total hearing fee charged, 2-5 days prior to scheduled hearing; 100% of hearing fees charged if 48 hours prior to scheduled hearing. Reserves right to apportion cancellation fee between parties based on facts/circumstances.
