BIOGRAPHICAL:Maureen Beyers has a national complex commercial litigation practice. She is also regularly hired as a neutral in a wide variety of commercial litigation matters. Maureen's practice as a neutral began in 1995 when she joined the Commercial Panel of the American Arbitration Association. Since that time, Maureen has served as a neutral in hundreds of arbitrations on a variety of business disputes, and is a member of the American Arbitration Association's specialized panels, including its Large and Complex Case Panel, and Franchise, Securities and Real Estate Panels. She is also a member of CPR's Banking, Accounting and Financial Services, Employment, Franchise and Insurance Panels. In 2010, Maureen passed the written and oral assessments administered by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in London to qualify as a Fellow in International Arbitration.
Maureen is licensed to practice law in Arizona and New York, and travels extensively throughout the United States. She will travel to other jurisdictions to participate as a neutral without charging her usual hourly rate for travel time.
