BIOGRAPHICAL:

Mark is a 1980 graduate of the University of Arizona, College of Law. He joined Jones, Skelton and Hochuli, P.L.C. in 1983 and has been a partner since 1988. Mark is a past member of the firm's management committee and past chair of the firm's construction and insurance practice groups. Mark concentrates his civil practice in the areas of construction injury, construction defect, insurance, products liability, personal injury, and commercial litigation. Mark is a member of the USLAW network and was the founding chair of the network's construction practice group. He is also a member of the Council on Litigation Management where he currently serves on the construction committee.

In addition to his successful civil litigation practice, Mark is also a construction and commercial arbitrator and mediator for the American Arbitration Association. Mark also serves as a private arbitrator and mediator and as a settlement conference Judge Pro Tem for the Maricopa County Superior Court. He has also previously served as a Judge Pro Tem for the Arizona Court of Appeals, Division One.
