Biographical
Mr. Sonders has practiced law for 49 years. He focuses his practice on mediations and arbitrations. His extensive experience includes both the prosecution and defense of negligence, personal injury cases and property insurance claims.
Mr. Sonders received Martindale-Hubbell's AV Rating for the highest level of competence and ethics. He has been a designated neutral for the United States District Court of the Northern District of New York since 2010 and serves as the Third Judicial District Chairperson on the New York Supreme Court, Appellate Division Third Judicial Department's Committee on Character and Fitness.
He is a founding member of Litigation Resolution Services, LLC., a mediation and arbitration firm serving upstate New York.

Effective January 1, 2024, rates for services will be:
Mediations: $550.00 per hour
Arbitrations: $600.00 per hour
