Linda C. Fritz, Esq., who has earned the highest rating, (AV- pre-emminent), from Martindale-Hubbell for the past 15 years of her 30-year law practice, and who was an adjunct professor for 15 years at the California Western School of Law, is now accepting mediations and arbitrations throughout Washington state. She is an accomplished and dedicated mediator and arbitrator, presiding over thousands of cases, earning her a solid reputation for conclusively and expediently resolving challenging, complex cases. With both the American Arbitration Association and JAMS, her areas of expertise include: business, partnership, commercial, employment, insurance, real estate, personal injury, elder abuse, entertainment, mass tort claims, and healthcare cases. As an adjunct professor she taught negotiation, mediation and arbitration to second and third-year law students. She has been selected a Special Master in three class actions and and a Judge Pro Tempore in the Northern San Diego County Courts.
