BIOGRAPHICAL:Mr. Kimel became one of the first certified trial court mediators in North Carolina in 1992 and has served as a mediator in over 2500 civil trial cases. He began mediating and arbitrating fulltime in 1993 and has served as a mediator in 2500+ civil trial cases and 500+ domestic cases. He understands the issues and emotions involved in lawsuits and has been highly successful in guiding parties from the minefields to settlement through education and understanding. He is also a longtime member of the American Arbitration Panel of Neutrals.
