Biographical

As the "Resolution Pro" and formerly the managing partner of Mattar, D’Agostino & Gottlieb, LLP, Krista Gottlieb has long recognized that the cost and time expenditure associated with litigation does not always serve the client’s best interests, nor does it meet their needs and preferences. In her newly established ADR Center and Law office, as a neutral mediator or arbitrator (or litigator when needed) Ms. Gottlieb constantly seeks new and creative ways to help parties resolve issues, problems and litigation quickly, efficiently and cost effectively. Appropriate Dispute Resolution (“ADR”), including mediation, arbitration, early case evaluation mechanisms and mini-trials, as well as settlement counsel, are some of the ways to accomplish that goal.

Krista Gottlieb capitalizes on her successful civil litigator practice to enhance the neutral services she can provide.  She is an experienced and active ADR neutral, lecturer and trainer (mostly mediation and arbitration) in business, corporate, commercial and employment matters.

In addition to being a dedicated “issue resolver,” Ms. Gottlieb has over 300 hours of formal ADR training and has served as an ADR trainer for lawyers and judges wishing to become mediators and arbitrators.
