BIOGRAPHICAL:

In my litigation days, I was civil defense attorney and trial lawyer, however, I am now, happily, a full time civil mediator. My practice areas previously included complex commercial litigation, in state and federal courts, contract law, libel and slander, first and third party insurance litigation, premises liability, and medical malpractice. I am considered an expert on the subject of Florida attorney fees, having testified in approximately three hundred matters, in several counties. I have served as a Special Master and Umpire. I have tried my fair share of cases and do like to keep up with judges' rulings, trends, and the types of jury pools in Central Florida, so that I can better assist my clients in fully understanding their decisions at mediation and the risks of proceeding with litigation, if they choose.  Sometimes, you have to think outside the box to get closure so I call issues like I see it and get disputes resolved.
