Over 40 years' experience as attorney with same firm specializing in alternative dispute resolution, health care, labor/employment law, and commercial litigation, mass tort/ class/collective action litigation, employment litigation and labor arbitration. $495 per hour Arbitrator Mediator Compensation ($515 per hour for class action/multiple party disputes Special Master), plus $70.00 per hour AAA Administrative Fee on AAA matters. Hourly rate charged for study, hearing, and writing time. Four-hour minimum in greater Metropolitan Kansas City area, eight-hour minimum elsewhere. Willing to serve in St. Louis and Springfield, Missouri and Omaha, Nebraska with eight-hour minimum. Fifty percent charge for days reserved for less than seven days cancellation or postponement.
