BIOGRAPHICAL:John Boggs received his Mediator Certification in April of 1996, and for the past ten years has split his legal practice between plaintiff, personal injury, insurance defense, and mediation. In the past two years, John's mediation practice has grown to the point where he is now closing out his litigation files, and clearing his calendar for full time mediation scheduling. Being active for over 25 years in trial related litigation, and for the last 10 years as a mediator, has provided John with unique insight into case evaluation and negotiation, so as to expand his qualifications and receive statewide recognition in the field of litigation and mediation.
