EDUCATION:Jeff attended Stetson University located in Deland, Florida and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in American Studies in 1986. He then attended Stetson University College of Law in St. Petersburg, Florida and graduated cum laude. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1989.
