BIOGRAPHICAL:James M. Wilson has practiced law in Pensacola, Florida, as a litigator in civil cases for over 32 years. He has served as a mediator in civil cases for over 14 years. Mr. Wilson holds an AV rating in Martindale-Hubbell, the highest ranking available for legal abilities and adherence to ethical standards.
While maintaining an active litigation practice, Mr. Wilson has also served as a mediator in a huge number and a wide variety of civil disputes, with a very impressive success rate. Mr. Wilson prides himself on being an "active" mediator, with the ability to discuss cases with the litigants in a way that allows each to see and appreciate the merits and strengths of the other side, to facilitate compromise and settlement.
