BIOGRAPHICAL:Mr. Hutchinson's practice is limited to serving as mediator or arbitrator in civil cases in the State of Oregon.
Since March of 2007, James has served as arbitrator in over 500 cases, in addition to service as mediator in more than 150 cases.
