Judge James F. Henry retired from the Cook County Chancery Division in October of 2007 after serving almost 20 years as a Circuit Court Judge.  He brings his judicial experience and reputation as a skillful pre-trial mediator to his private ADR practice. In addition to his ADR practice, Judge Henry is of counsel to the Chicago-based law firm of Meckler Bulger, Tilson, Marick & Pearson,LLP and an Adjunct Professor at the Loyola University Chicago-School of Law.

Judge Henry is an approved mediator in the Cook County Law and Chancery divisions Court-Ordered Mediation Programs. Judge Henry has significant experience with resolving complex civil and commercial matters through the mediation process.  Before he moved to the Chancery Division, Judge Henry sat in the Law Division for seven years where he presided over an Individual Commercial Calendar. Judge Henry was named a Leading Lawyer in the area of ADR Law: Commercial by his peers in the Chicago Law Bulletin survey.
