Biographical

Mr. Bowie served as an Arbitrator and as a Mediator in a variety of cases, including insurance, construction, business and employment-related issues. He has served as an Arbitrator in over 70 cases, and as a Mediator in over 1000 cases.

James has lectured with regard to alternative dispute resolution at various continuing legal education seminars sponsored by both private and public professional organizations, including the Maine State Bar Association and the American Arbitration Association.
