BIOGRAPHICAL:

Mr. Beldock has handled approximately 7,500 civil disputes serving as a neutral in mediation, arbitration and other Alternative Dispute Resolute (ADR) procedures. He has been a litigator representing both plaintiffs and defendants in commercial, personal injury, products liability, entertainment, and employment disputes. Over 40 years of trial and ADR experience instills confidence in his clients during the mediation and arbitration process. Known for his clear analytical mind, detailed preparation and charismatic personality, Howard Beldock has one of the highest mediation settlement ratios in the northeast.

Prior to becoming a full-time mediator and arbitrator with Resolute, Mr. Beldock was a litigation partner in the New York-based firm of Robinson, Brog, Leinwand, Green, Genovese & Gluck, PC. He is former Confidential Law Secretary to the Honorable John P. Donohoe, Supreme Court, State of New York, 9th District. He has tried cases in all courts State and Federal and was rated AV by Martindale Hubbell throughout his career. Mr. Beldock is a veteran of the United States Army.
