BIOGRAPHICAL:Harry Edwin Barr, J.D., is a trial attorney awarded by his peers the nationally prestigious "A" rating in Martindale-Hubbell, and a principal senior partner in the law firm of Chesser, Wingard, Barr & Fleet. He is a "Board Certified Trial Lawyer" by the Florida Bar and certified by the National Board of Trial Advocates in the field of Civil Trial Law.
EDUCATION:Mr. Barr holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Alabama, where he was also a member of Kappa Alpha fraternity. He returned to the University of Alabama to earn his juris doctorate in law, and is licensed to practice his profession in both Florida and Alabama.
