BIOGRAPHICAL:Gary Larsen is AV-rated by Martindale Hubbell, a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator, a certified Federal Court Mediator, Board Certified as a Civil Trial Lawyer by the Florida Bar, Past President of the Sarasota County Bar Association, and current Chair of the Judicial Nominating Commission for the Twelfth Judicial Circuit. Mr. Larsen's practice is limited to mediation. He is available to mediate in all areas of civil litigation, including medical or professional malpractice, personal injury, wrongful death, probate, construction, commercial, real estate, and products liability, as well as insurance coverage disputes, including claims of bad faith insurer practices for both plaintiffs and defendants. Conference rooms available in Sarasota just off I-75. Mr. Larsen does travel, with no travel time billed north to Tampa Bay/Clearwater area, south to Naples, east to Sebring or Lakeland.
