BIOGRAPHICAL:Frank has been practicing civil litigation for more than 25 years, with particular emphasis in the workers compensation fields, representing both plaintiff and defense.
Since 1995, the majority of his practice has been dedicated to ADR, primarily mediation. To date, he had mediated more than 1000 cases, many in the workers compensation field.
