BIOGRAPHICAL:

My practice was purely civil litigation from the outset in 1985, including both plaintiff and defense work.  As mediation became more widely utilized in West Virginia I began getting requests to mediate cases based upon my experience in both sides of civil litigation.  My mediation practice and referral base grew to the point that I chose to devote my practice entirely to mediation and ADR.  I have mediated a wide variety of cases throughout West Virginia and continue to expand my practice.  Recently I served as mediator in the King Coal Highway mountaintop removal mass tort litigation.
