BIOGRAPHICAL:

Emphasis in Personal Injury Law, 18 years Defense, 22 years Plaintiff, with extensive experience in Construction Litigation and General Business Litigation. Including six years litigating Eminent Domain cases for a major Governmental road builder.

In recent years, I have transitioned my practice to offering ADR services fulltime. Arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association since 1967; Arbitrator in the Federal District Court, Middle District of Florida since 1984.

Certified Mediator pursuant to the Florida Supreme Court Certification Program. Served as Mediator or Arbitrator in over 200 cases.

His experience in both Defense and Plaintiff sides of Personal Injury litigation, Insurance Litigation and in Construction cases permits him to maintain a high degree of impartiality in mediating or arbitrating disputes in those matters. You will find him to be even handed in dealing with your clients whether they be Plaintiff or Defendant.
