Mr. Parkinson has extensive experience as mediator or arbitrator in a wide variety of civil cases including real estate, business, employment, municipal/land use and family matters.

He has co-mediated with a Superior Court Justice in a case involving ownership and right-to-use a prominent beach in Maine. The case involved 100+ beach-front owners, 100+ back-lot owners, the Town and State. This complex mediation extended four full days and resulted in settlement mechanism for majority of parties. Additional experience with multi-party cases involving insurance companies, lenders and governmental entities.
