- Mediated over 1,200 litigated and non-litgated disputes
- First mediation conducted in 1983
- Specialize in difficult, intractable, hostile conflicts, both litigated and non-litigated
- Unique cases include clergy sexual abuse, congregational disputes, and family busniess conflicts
- Mediated over 600 commercial, financial, and business disputes
- Mediated over 200 real estate, real property, eminent domain, and easement disputes
- Mediated over 200 private, commercial, and industrial construction disputes
- Arbitrated over 100 cases to award, beginning in 1981
- Author, speaker, trainer, and lecturer on human conflict, peacemakng, mediation, and the role of lawyers as peacemakers

Rates Information
Mediation: $1,500 per party
Arbitration: $5,000 per day, split between the paries. Two day minimum.
