BIOGRAPHICAL:

After 40 years as an advocate, W. Douglas Myers (Doug) is devoting much of his professional energy to being a neutral by mediating, arbitrating, and other roles to assist people in resolving their disputes.  Throughout his career, Doug has concentrated on civil litigation where he has focused his practice in the areas of personal injury and wrongful death.  Much of his practice has also been devoted to professional negligence, medical malpractice, insurance, products liability, and automobile and truck wrecks.

In the last several years, an increasing portion of Doug's professional time has been devoted to his role as a mediator and arbitrator, where he has used his experience in litigation to help resolve disputes.
