In January 2012, Dennis T. Ducharme became a full time mediator and arbitrator. Since then he has mediated in excess of 500 cases, with approximate 75% success rate. Previously, Dennis had worked as a trial lawyer and mediator in a large general practice law firm located in Manchester, NH. Over the past 25-plus years, Dennis has tried more than 150 jury trials in the New Hampshire state and federal courts, and handled appeals to both the New Hampshire Supreme Court and First Circuit Court of Appeals.

Dennis' mediation work began in 1992 with the adoption of Superior Court Rule 170. Since then, he has mediated hundreds of cases -

He has completed many advanced mediation programs, and has been engaged in a successful private mediation practice as an adjunct to his full time litigation practice for the last five years. Dennis is a frequent Continuing Legal Education speaker on panels covering litigation, advocacy, evidence and trial tactics.
