BIOGRAPHICAL:

David Cook has over 35 years active practice of law in Southwest Louisiana, with an emphasis on personal injury litigation. He has litigation and appellate experience in State and Federal Courts.

Since commencing his ADR practice in 1993, David has mediated in excess of 2,500 cases, with a high rate of settlement. He has also served as Attorney Chairman of the Medical Review Panel in over 250 Medical Malpractice Cases.

  • Traditional Mediation: $300 per hour plus $300 Administrative Fee
  • FasTrac Mediation (3 hours): $975 Flat Fee
