BIOGRAPHICAL:DAVID C. NUTTER is one of the most versatile mediators in Georgia. He is sought out as an evaluative mediator in civil disputes involving commercial litigation, contracts and torts, employment agreements and restrictive covenants, corporate litigation and dissolutions, real estate, technology implementations, trust and estates, insurance coverage, construction, securities, banking and personal injury suits. David has extensive trial experience, including seven years as an award-winning federal prosecutor in Atlanta, and has had the unusual experience for an attorney of twice being selected to serve on civil juries. He is one of only 14 mediators recognized in Georgia Super Lawyers for Alternative Dispute Resolution in 2008.
EDUCATION:In 1983, Mr. Nutter graduated cum laude from Furman University with a B. A. degree. He received a Juris Doctorate, magna cum laude, from the University of Georgia in 1986, where he was admitted to the Order of the Coif and served as Editor-in-Chief of the Georgia Law Review from 1985 to 1986.
Memberships & AffiliationsMr. Nutter is an AV rated attorney and is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, The Lawyer's Club of Atlanta, and The Atlanta Bar Association. He is presently Vice-Chairman of the Fulton County Board of Ethics.
