BIOGRAPHICAL:

David has more than 25 years trial experience. He practices in the areas of product liability, toxic tort, personal injury, insurance defense, and general business litigation. He is especially knowledgeable in cases involving asbestos, acrylamide, benzene, PCB, solvents, aromatic hydrocarbons, and multi-chemical sensitivities. He is also skilled in cases involving a wide range of products.

David has extensive experience in personal injury and various insurance defense litigations. He represents corporations and employers in premises and deliberate intent claims, and manufacturers in claims of chemical exposures. For more than 25 years, he has represented manufacturers and premises owners in mass trial litigation and has won defense verdicts in this highly specialized area. 

His experience as a litigator has made him a sought after mediator by both the Plaintiff and Defense bars.  He is a proud member of the West Virginia Chapter of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals.
