BIOGRAPHICAL:

Additionally, Mr. Hendrick is a member of the American Arbitration Association National Panel of Arbitrators for Large, Complex Cases and has served on the National Construction Dispute Resolution Council ("NCDRC") of the American Arbitration Association. He is a member of the advisory board of the Atlanta Regional Office of the American Arbitration Association. He also serves as a neutral in various forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution processes arising out of the construction industry, including as an arbitrator, mediator, Dispute Review Board member and "project neutral" and, in this regard, he has been involved as an arbitrator in many large, complex construction disputes and has been involved as a mediator in more than a 20 construction disputes.
