BIOGRAPHICAL:Daniel Klein has been mediating since 1994 and has mediated approximately 500 cases. Approximately 60% of these cases have been in the field of employment law, and include discrimination claims (race, sex, age, religion, disability), sexual harassment, wage and hour disputes, non-competition and non-solicitation covenants, and contract disputes. The remaining 40% of mediations have involved business and commercial disputes, as well as personal injury and products liability cases.
