Biographical

Holeman Mediation is a full-time mediation practice with proven results for many years in a wide variety of  disputes. As a mediator, Dan’s education and trial experience serve as powerful tools to provide in-depth analysis and resolution of highly emotional and complicated cases. His strong and patient character give him that special edge essential to negotiating complex liability and damage disputes.

In addition to a traditional legal education at a fine law school, Dan has received specialized training in mediation through the United States District Court in the Northern District of Oklahoma and the renowned Straus Institute of Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University.

Prior to establishing his mediation practice, Dan was a capable and veteran trial attorney for 20 years. Dan previously handled civil and business litigation of all kinds in all State and Federal Courts throughout Oklahoma.
