BIOGRAPHICAL:Daniel E. Holeman has established a Mediation Practice unlike all others. A capable and veteran trial attorney for 20 years, Dan Holeman previously handled civil and business litigation of all kinds in all State and Federal Courts throughout Oklahoma. In addition to a traditional legal education at a fine law school, Dan Holeman has received specialized training in mediation through the United States District Court in the Northern District of Oklahoma and the renowned Straus Institute of Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University.
As a mediator, Dan uses his education and his experience as powerful tools in providing in-depth analysis and handling of complicated cases. His strong and patient character give him the special edge necessary to resolve the most complicated disputes.
