Engaged in the active practice of law in Clarkesville,Montgomery County, Tennessee since 1967, representing Plaintiffs and Defendants in business, construction, insurance, healthcare and various types of personal injury litigation, including medical negligence, product liability, premises liability and motor vehicle actions. Listed as General Civil Mediator and, as part of his practice, regularly acts as a mediator or an arbitrator for parties and their counsel in all types of litigation.
