BIOGRAPHICAL:Dale gained extensive jury trial experience as an Assistant State Attorney for the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit of Florida. During his tenure with the State Attorney's Office, Dale was part of the Career Criminal Prosecution Unit, a Senior Trial Attorney, and a Felony Division Deputy Chief. Between 1993 and 2002, Dale's practice included the litigation of product liability; medical malpractice; long-term care; general liability; commercial; and administrative licensure actions.
Dale is an "AV" rated lawyer by the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory and a member of The Florida Bar. Sisco & Associates is listed in the Bar Registry of Pre-Eminent Lawyers. He is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida (General and Trial Bar).
Dale is a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America and was identified as a Florida "Super Lawyer" in 2008, 2009 and 2010.
EDUCATION:Dale received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Communication from the University of South Florida in 1981 and his Juris Doctor degree from Stetson University College of Law in 1985.
Memberships & AffiliationsDale is a member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association, the Defense Research Institute, and the Florida Academy of Professional Mediators.

RatesMediation services are provided at the rate of $325.00 per hour, to be divided equally between each party, unless you agree otherwise before or during the mediation.
Time will be charged for review of pre-mediation submissions, telephone or personal conferences, time spent in the mediation itself (two hours minimum), and any post-mediation services requested.
