BIOGRAPHICAL:Connie Peterson is a former Colorado District Judge and full-time arbitrator and mediator. She was a District Judge from 1985 through 2000 and Chief Judge of the Second Judicial District (Denver) from 1993 – 2000. She was a shareholder at Brownstein Hyatt Farber, P.C., 2000 – 2006 where she practiced water and natural resources law, arbitration, mediation and construction commercial litigation.

Rates$350/hour for all time; except $175/hour for travel. Estimated time and travel expenses must be prepaid. $500 cancellation fee if hearing cancelled within 10 days of hearing date.
