BIOGRAPHICAL:Judge Chance served for more than 30 years as a Circuit and County Court Judge for the 8th Circuit and is a former Chairman of the Florida and Circuit Court Conference. For the final 6 years of his career on the bench, Judge Chance was Chief Judge of the Eighth Judicial Circuit.
During this time, Judge Chance also served as Adjunct Faculty, College of Business Administration, Business Law College of Building Construction (construction law), College of Law (trial practice) at the University of Florida.
Since retiring from his distinguished career on the bench, Judge Chance has applied his considerable experience to dispute resolution practice, forming The Resolution Center Inc with his partner, attorney Charles Carter in 2005. He has mediated and arbitrated more than 150 disputes to date, with a very high success rate.
