BIOGRAPHICAL:
General mediation (other than domestic relations) for approximately eighteen years involving over twelve hundred cases. Completed a 20-hour basic mediation training course. Participates as speaker or attendee at annual ADR continuing legal education events. Member of the Panel of Neutrals for the United States District Court for the Southern District of Alabama and is recognized by the Alabama Supreme Court Commission on Dispute Resolution. Regularly appointed by circuit court judges in Mobile and Baldwin Counties in Alabama and federal judges in the Southern District of Alabama for court ordered mediations. Selected by lawyers throughout Alabama for voluntary mediations. Successfully conducted mediations in every aspect of civil litigation.
