Biographical
Mr. Vocelle is a double Board Certified Civil and Business Trial Lawyer and has tried a wide range of cases including personal injury and death, breach of contract, covenants not to compete, trade secrets, fraud, shareholder derivative actions, construction defects, civil theft, insurance coverage disputes and many other complex matters. Mr. Vocelle has been arbitrating and mediating cases for over 20 years. In addition to serving as a Certified Circuit Civil Mediator, Mr. Vocelle has also has experience serving as a court appointed Arbitrator and court appointed Special Master including a complex anti-trust case. Mr. Vocelle has extensive experience in complex civil matters and has been court appointed in hundreds of cases in both state and federal courts.
Most attorneys have mediated routine cases where the mediation is nothing more than a serious of offers and demands. Mr. Vocelle interacts with the litigants and their attorneys to ensure that the parties completely understand the risks and rewards of their case and works diligently to find "out of the box" creative solutions that may not be available in a trial.
