BIOGRAPHICAL:

In 1991 Attorney Jerome founded Massachusetts Dispute Resolution Services (MDRS), one of the first full service ADR firms in Massachusetts, now with a profes-sional panel of over 30 neutrals, including retired justices and attorneys, that provides out of court mediation and arbitration services to private individuals, attorneys, busi-ness and the insurance community.

Since 1991 Attorney Jerome has served exclusively as a mediator and arbitrator and has handled over 7000 cases involving a wide array of subject matter, including [but not limited to] civil litigation, personal injury law, wrongful death, automobile and UM cases, medi-cal and legal malpractice, construction, property, first party property and casualty ref-erence hearings, products liability, premises, real estate, government, business, com-mercial, employment, sexual abuse, probate and complex multi party litigation.

Memberships & Affiliations

Brian is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and serves as co-chair of its ADR Standing Committee.  He serves as a court approved conciliator in Massachusetts Superior Courts and Land Court.  He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Essex County Bar Association. He lives with his family in Marblehead, Massachusetts.

Rates

Our standard fee for a mediation session or arbitration hearing before one MDRS neutral of up to two hours is $495.00 per party. If more time than two hours is required for a mediation session or arbitration hearing, each additional hour of service will be billed at $185.00 per hour for each party. Such additional charges include any necessary review of documents by the neutral(s). If requesting a full day arbitration or mediation, the fee will be $1,350.00 per party. All fees are payable in advance of the scheduled mediation session or arbitration hearing.
