BIOGRAPHICAL:Brian O. Beverly is a shareholder with Young Moore & Henderson, P.A. in Raleigh, North Carolina. In addition to being a Certified Superior Court Mediator, Brian's practice is concentrated in the areas of transportation liability, medical negligence and nursing home litigation, insurance coverage analysis and litigation, retail liability and premises liability. Brian has litigation experience at the trial and appellate levels in both state and federal courts. He has tried cases to jury verdict in numerous North Carolina venues. His trial resume includes medical negligence, transportation liability, products liability, premises liability, construction liability and insurance coverage cases.
Brian is certified by the North Carolina State Bar to conduct mediations in North Carolina. His active and prolonged involvement with numerous bar associations and committees has allowed him to work extensively with accomplished attorneys for both plaintiffs and defendants. This experience, in combination with his own litigation expertise, makes him uniquely qualified to serve as a mediator. The facilities at Young Moore & Henderson, P.A. are comfortably equipped to accommodate multi-party mediations. Brian is available to conduct mediations in nearly all North Carolina venues.
