BIOGRAPHICAL:Beverly joins the team at Miles Mediation after eighteen years as a judge on the Cobb County State Court. For the past six years she has presided over numerous trials and handled hundreds of pre-trial issues pertaining to personal injury, premises liability, products liability and professional malpractice. In the area of professional malpractice she has presided over several medical malpractice trials and has heard and ruled upon multiple pre-trial issues in medical malpractice claims and finds these claims particularly interesting and challenging. As with every state court the majority of the filings involve personal injury as a result of vehicle accidents and she has acquired an understanding of the issues and the value associated with these claims.
