BIOGRAPHICAL:Ashley has been licensed in North Carolina since 1998 and he has focused on representing injured workers and employers in Worker's Compensation cases before the NC Industrial Commission, and representing clients in civil liability matters.
Ashley joined the firm of ADRNC in 2007, and he has regularly mediated civil cases since his certification by the DRC in 2003. He is currently in fulltime mediation practice, specializing in workers comp and related fields.
Ashley is also certified as an arbitrator with the NC District Court Arbitration Program.
