Amy J. Glass is president of Michigan Mediation & Arbitration Services. She has been mediating cases for almost 30 years, full time since 1995.  She has taught mediation skills to lawyers, judges, and other professionals since 1994. As a mediator and arbitrator, she specializes in resolving complex, multi-party cases, both independent and court-referred.

Neutral and Litigation Experience. Mediator since 1987; Full time neutral since 1995, including Mediation, Mediator Training, Arbitration, DR Program Design & Administration.  Before founding MM&AS in 1995, served as shareholder/director of 18-member law firm and maintained a private law practice, counseling clients in commercial and employment law matters and representing parties in federal & state court civil litigation; See website for more information at

Ms. Glass has received mediation training and certification from a number of nationally known programs including the Justice Center of Atlanta in Atlanta, Georgia;  CPR; and the Harvard Law School's Program on Negotiation (PON).  In 1997 she was one of 24 experienced mediators invited by the PON faculty to participate in its first Advanced Mediation Workshop.  Since the late 1980s she has participated as both a trainer and student in numerous 40-hour mediator training programs as well as the SCAO-sponsored Training for Mediator Trainers.
