BIOGRAPHICAL:

As a Judge I handled many appraisal cases (more than 50). After leaving the bench, I have been a neutral on 60+ appraisals, including the mediation of more than 20 property loss cases, having been state certified as a Windstorm Panel neutral.

Mr. Postman has mediated more than 600 cases since leaving the bench in 2002.
